Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations (IR) Professional with an outgoing and contagiously positive personality to be a good Brand Ambassador for the firm. The ideal candidate excels in interpersonal communication, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, and is dedicated to making the investor experience seamless and frictionless. This role will provide clerical and research support services including document preparation and review, communicating with prospective and existing investors, processing investments, and ongoing investment updates.

  • The position will report to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
  • The individual will also work closely with team members at Catalyst to manage various other firm projects

The Director of Investor Experience will be involved in the full lifecycle of the firm’s multifamily development and investment projects.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with HNW investors, Ultra HNW investors, RIA’s and Family Offices
  • Address investor inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention
  • Capital raising and equity syndication for private real estate offerings
  • Assist in creating and delivering compelling presentations, reports, and materials to effectively communicate investment opportunities, fund performance, and market insights to investors
  • Collaborate with the investment team to provide investors with comprehensive due diligence materials, ensuring transparency and accuracy of information
  • Project manage various marketing materials to completion, acting as a go-between, between the Catalyst team and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record of communicating with clients. Ideally, the candidate will also have experience with commercial and multifamily real estate as well. A 4-year degree is required. The selected candidate will have the following skills:

  • Task Oriented professional. Ideal backgrounds could include paralegal, real estate assistant, property management (assistant managers), accounting
  • High-end customer service
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, helpful personality
  • Detail-oriented, task-oriented, self-motivated, and fast-moving
  • Strong computer skills using Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ideally 2-5 years of experience in a similar Paralegal type or Investor Relations Role

Title & Compensation:

To be determined salary, commensurate with skills and experience, plus Bonus and Profit Sharing potential
