```Experience:```
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
- Experience in project management is preferred but not required
