Job Description
We are currently one of the largest buyers of SFR portfolios in the country and are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead and grow our sales team. In this role, you will help inform revenue operations and strategy to formulate and deliver on revenue targets aligned with Avenue One's overall goals and objectives. As the Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and support to our sales team as needed to ensure they consistently perform at the top of their game, and deliver on those targets . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a successful B2b sales team, preferably in a related field.
Salary Range
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $180,000 - $200,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
