```Duties```
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination of sales activities
- Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the reservation system.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing necessary information and resources
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service or sales coordination is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required
- Knowledge of technical sales, business development, and account management principles is a plus
