The Role

At Loom, we look for “Full Stack” Account Executives, who are able to run both velocity and transformation motions across SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise customer segments. Our AE’s are maniacally focused on understanding our customer's needs, unlocking broken workflows by providing solutions to existing challenges, and helping their employees communicate effectively at scale. As founding members of the Sales org, early team members will be brand ambassadors of Loom. You will have several opportunities for cross-functional collaboration with partners in Operations, Marketing, Support, and Product as we continue to build and scale our Sales-Led business. We’re looking for true business owners who are ready to roll up their sleeves, thrive in ambiguity, and are customer obsessed.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $133,300 - $177,700

Zone B: $120,000 - $159,900

Zone C: $110,600 - $147,500

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:
  • You are a hunter. Sourcing your own pipeline is second nature - you never wait for others to feed you

  • Mastery in closing net new logos within a given territory across SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise segments

  • Research and understand your customers and prospects to gain insight into their business challenges and be solutions oriented on how Loom can provide value

  • Influence and drive the sales process while managing a multitude of stakeholders, creating executive alignment, driving mutual action plans to close, and generating quantifiable impact

  • Expert on MEDDPICC and know how to run a values-driven and consultative approach with your customers

  • Constantly collaborating with internal partners to move deals forward, ensure customer success, and be as forward thinking and creative as possible when driving revenue growth

  • Operate as an exemplary brand ambassador for Loom, both internally and externally

Qualifications:
  • 6 years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of over attainment

  • Proven ability to learn new technology and products

  • Have clear examples of closing fast-paced and complex deals

  • Artist in selling value to C-level executives, while also multi-threading with IT and business users to build groundswell

  • Past experience on a fast-growing sales team with a preference for hyper-growth and product-led companies. Comfortability in ambiguity

  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability and desire to find solutions and build processes where none previously exists

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and highly collaborative team environment.
