The Hourly HR Assistant role is a part-time/temporary role created to assist the Talent Management team with peak summer hiring activity. This role will assist with, but not limited to, the following:
- Contacting candidates for hire regarding credential submittal and offers
- Onboarding of new hires
- Drafting audience appropriate, recruitment social media postings for Twitter and Facebook for HR
- Maintaining data and processing of certifcation applications
- Scanning documents into our document imaging system
- Maintaining data spreadsheets to track hiring measures
- Communicating with hiring managers
- Processing of employee credentials and scanning files
- Reviewing and processing experience verifications
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or higher required
- One (1) year of school based or administrative support experience preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- HR experience, APS experience, or recent college graduate/student with a concentration in Education or Business Administration - Human Resources preferred
$18.00 per hour
Monday -Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
