We are seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations by accurately entering contract demand into our MRP system, coordinating schedules with our Operations team, and ensuring seamless post-sales communication with our valued customers.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Entering contract demand into the MRP system
  • Confirming contracts with customers
  • Coordinating scheduling with Operations
  • Initiating post-sales follow-up communications
  • Writing up sales orders with precision and adherence to established procedures
  • Entering quotes and attachments into M3 and Hubspot
  • Assisting customers in the product selection process primarily via email
  • Reviewing customer orders to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Accepting or rejecting contract requirements based on business capability
  • Managing contract flow down of requirements among cross-functional teams
  • Training to maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting functions
  • Negotiating specifications, price, delivery, and terms of sales

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-4 years of experience in order entry
  • Experience with ERP / CRM systems beneficial
  • Aerospace industry experience advantageous
  • Proficiency in order entry and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
