Position Summary:
The Office Services Clerk will assist with the day-to-day operation of the Mail Room/Shipping and Receiving department in all HQ Buildings.
Essential Job Functions:
- Process all outgoing and incoming mail when necessary.
- Maintain coffee machines.
- Stocking
- Continuously stock coolers throughout the day.
- Pull product and stock cooler rooms.
- Process all domestic shipments when necessary.
- Dealing with all aspects of the supply room
- Handling inventory and placing supply orders for multiple HQ buildings
- Receive incoming shipments.
- Inventory/Stock copy paper.
- Miscellaneous projects as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long period of times
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Work well in fast paced environments
- Self-motivated
- Ability to interact and get along well with others
- Ability to take the initiative to keep busy
Base Pay Range: $20.80 - $24.40 per hour
