Summary of the Position
The candidate selected for the Office/HR Manager position will be responsible for overseeing all human resources practices and policies, as well as organizing and coordinating day-to-day office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Manager will be responsible for onboarding, training, performance management, compliances, and implementing HR policies for a growing team, as well as enforcing disciplinary measures as needed. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for administrative services such as mail, filing, security, computer operations, telephone, office and IT equipment, reception, office supply orders and other general activities that support management and daily business operations. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting executives in scheduling, organization, and travel arrangements as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous office management experience and be proficient in human resources policies and procedures.

Job Description
· Title: Office/HR Manager
· Reports to: Executive Chairman
· Employment Type: Full Time physically In Office/Salary/Exempt
· Travel: 0-10%
Essential Functions (this is not an all-inclusive list of tasks)
· Implement and control Human Resources activities
· Set up systems and procedures as required
· Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees
· Creating and updating company policies and procedures
· Implementation of training and development and performance management
· Effectively and professionally manages employee relations
· Reviews and manages time & attendance data for payroll support
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture
· Coordinate solutions for various IT, computer, telephone, and office needs
· Assist executives with organization, communication, and scheduling
· General office management and support
Qualifications
· 3 years working experience in management with emphasis on Human Resources
· Knowledge of local, state and federal laws
· Business administration knowledge a plus
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent phone etiquette and customer service
· Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
· Ability to communicate and effectively enforce policies and procedures
· Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment
· Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Physical Requirements
· Ability to remain in stationary position for up to 8 hours a day.
· Use Computer and keyboard up to 8 hours a day.
· Occasional lifting, bending, stooping up to 15 lbs.
· Ability to communicate in the English language.
