Holstrom, Block & Parke, an established and growing family law firm, with offices located throughout Southern California, is seeking a full-time Calendar Clerk for our Corona office.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, and possess excellent computer skills and attention to detail.

As Calendar Clerk, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining the firm’s calendar for all staff
• Resolving scheduling conflicts
• Communicating with clients and staff regarding upcoming hearings, meetings, and other events
• Regularly reviewing court records for upcoming hearings and mediations
• Reviewing incoming and outgoing documents for calendar items and deadlines

Starting at $19.00 per hour
