Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst provides functional user and technical system support of the HRIS/Payroll System and all other secondary HR systems such as our Applicant Tracking System, LMS, Recruiting AI Tool, and Giving Campaign Platform as directed while administering all policies and procedures relating to all HR system activity.

What You'll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

  • Monitors all internal system and workflow transactional notifications and takes appropriate action to resolve within the HRIS/Payroll System (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Troubleshooting
  • Regulates Learning Management System configuration, security, and roles
  • Administers training programs the Organizational Development COE provides to ensure compliance training and maintain or improve job skills.
  • Communicates with Field HR Teams to ensure training material is functioning as intended
  • Maintains records of training and development system activities, attendance, results, and retraining requirements and communicates with COEs and Field HR.
  • Maintains the configuration and administration of the Performance Management process
  • Performs case management/user support via phone and email in relation to system login, data integrity, and security access and escalates errors to external vendors as necessary
  • Troubleshoot HR/Payroll errors and escalate accordingly
  • Responsible for system configuration and maintenance in the applicable internal ticketing system.
  • Performs system testing for current functionality, future initiatives, upgrades, and new releases and creates comprehensive functional spec/testing documentation as required.
  • Creates user, system, and new functionality/training documentation for Corporate and field use
  • Updates the security roles and administration for the HRIS and other secondary HR systems and provides recommendations when appliable
  • Provides support for any small to medium scale projects for HR COEs when assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and a minimum of 5 years in a support role using UKG or a similar HRIS system; or a combination of education and experience
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical knowledge of at least one commercial HRIS product.
  • Prior experience providing exceptional customer/employee support via phone, email or written communication
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel (e.g., basic formulas, spreadsheet creation and maintenance) and basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and expert level attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
