What you'll do:
As a member of the marketing team, you will focus primarily on the day-to-day operations of our marketing automation platform (Marketo). You’ll work closely with business partners throughout the organization to support all aspects of campaign automation, lead scoring, automated multichannel programs, and reporting. Your role will play a critical part in helping business stakeholders make data-driven decisions, optimize activities and develop marketing operations around business growth initiatives in highly measurable ways.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
- 3-5 years proven success in marketing management with a focus in marketing automation and operations.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with a marketing automation system (Marketo).
- Knowledge of email marketing and landing page best practices, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and management a must.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to get things done.
- Proven skills in organizing work, attending to detail, giving direction, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Skills in collaborating with internal and external resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience working effectively in both domestic and international markets a plus.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
