Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our thriving commercial cleaning business. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a dynamic team of cleaning professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

● Direct and supervise all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, cleaning procedures, quality control, and client relations.

● Monitor and assess the performance of cleaning crews to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Team Leadership and Development:

● Recruit, train, and mentor cleaning staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

● Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Client Relationship Management:

● Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns

or special requests promptly and professionally.

● Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and

retention.

Budget Management:

● Develop and manage budgets, including labor, supplies, and equipment expenses, to optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality services.

● Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures as needed.

Quality Assurance:

● Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the company's standards of excellence.

● Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure consistent service delivery.

Compliance and Safety:
