Key Responsibilities:
Janitorial Program Management:
• Oversee the janitorial staff and operations across all facilities.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and standards.
• Manage relationships with building and space owners.
Furniture/Fixtures/Equipment Oversight:
• Supervise the team responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and servicing.
Call Center Operations:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the in-house call center.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and support.
• Analyze call center data and metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
General Management:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests for support, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption to business activities.
• Establish a mandatory weekly meeting with direct reports to review current and future operations.
• Develop and monitor operational budgets.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational cohesiveness.
• Manage and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar environment.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and operations-related software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
