Your new company
Our client is a growing technology-based investment advisory firm based in Tampa, Florida, that focuses on investment management, real estate development, architecture and interior design, and family office services. They are currently recruiting for their corporate operations which covers various entities and are looking for a Director of Human Resources as their first HR person.
Your new role
Reporting to the President and CFO, you will be a motivated, hands-on individual who can oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development and human resources administration. This will be an individual contributor role initially, looking after both HR operations and HR strategy.
