Brick Glass, LLC is looking for full-time customer service representatives (CSR) to join our fast-growing team! The ideal candidates must have a friendly attitude, hardworking & looking to grow in a company.
CSR responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Process new orders
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
· Learning our product and processes so that you may answer questions
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
CSR requirements:
· High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
· Experience with working on computers
· Experience in customer service
· Ability to stay calm when dealing with upset customers
· Ability to work well with others
