Westbrook Manufacturing is Hiring a Customer Service Administrator Near Houston, TX

Reporting directly to the Sales Admin, the primary role of the Customer Service Admin is to assist in meeting the needs of our customers; both proactively and reactively - ensuring the customer’s expectations are fully realized.

Duties and Responsibilities: (In accordance with all Quality and Managerial Procedures)

  • Professionally administer incoming calls as needed.
  • Coordinate resolutions to Customer Complaints, Expediting Requests and Change Orders.
  • Create RMAs and Replacement Orders as required.
  • Produce the necessary Shipping Documents for Outbound Shipments including Material Test Reports, Packing Lists and Bill of Lading as needed.
  • Oversee the verification of conformity to Industry Specifications and Customer’s “Special Requirements” on outbound shipments.
  • Enter, review, convert Sales orders as required.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with inter-company departments and customers both verbally and written (email).
  • Able to think clearly, logically and critically.
  • Must be self-motivated and Company/Customer oriented.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Required knowledge of the following Microsoft Applications:
  • OUTLOOK
  • WORD
  • EXCEL
  • Previous Customer Service experience required.
  • Understanding of basic business principles such as:
  • Purchase Orders
  • Order Entry
  • Order Fulfillment
  • Shipping/Billing/Invoicing
  • Returns/Credits/Debits

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
