At Armis, our Instructional Designers within the Global Customer Enablement team play a pivotal role. They design and develop high-caliber training content for our external customers. The Global Customer Enablement team functions as a collaborative unit, delivering comprehensive enablement programs and services to empower our customer-facing teams. As a Sr. Instructional Designer, you would be responsible for:

• Design, develop, and implement engaging and scalable training content across various modalities (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led (including technical labs) and performance support tools.
• Partner with key stakeholders (Customer Success, Product, subject matter experts, and marketing, to name a few) to analyze customer needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Utilize adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and latest technologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Conduct needs assessments, develop and administer training assessments, and analyze learning data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content developers, graphic designers, LMS administrators) to ensure seamless development for training programs.
• Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for all training materials and processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer enablement strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Present and explain training initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an instructional designer, with a proven track record of success in designing and developing effective learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and various learning technologies.
• Experience working in a global environment and adapting training programs for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• You are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and possess an ability to strategically prioritize workload with an agile mindset
• You are an excellent communicator, collaborator, and teammate
• You are passionate, flexible, highly organized, and always happy to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Easily builds alignment, trust, and strong relationships across stakeholder organizations.
• Strong technical writing and visual media skills. 
• Travel up to 20%.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $117,000- $158,000.00
