We are looking for someone who is a passionate manager in the Ecommerce UX Digital Content Management development space, primarily using usability and design (UX) tools, SAP Hybris and Adobe AEM as our strategic solution, to deliver personalized, customer-centric, and timely content to users globally for our eCommerce user experience.

The Ecommerce UX Digital Design Manager will be responsible for working with the Honeywell’s customer experience team, web services team, and marketing team delivering and co-authoring the content that powers digital properties. The next Ecommerce Digital Content Manager will work with cross-functional teams to design our content solutions with a focus on scale, reliability, customer user experience, UX design, ease of use, and reusability. This role will be the domain expert with content systems but will also partner with peer-level positions across the IT and, even more heavily, the business organizations to build industry-best customer experience.

As a subject matter expert, this role will also drive cross-organizational and cross-team solutions by working closely with the Honeywell web services team, IT solution agencies and by co-authoring and delivering on a roadmap that creates resilient and automated systems to empower business ownership of customer-facing content.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing UX projects and helping to identify solutions to business needs using AEM, Invision, SAP Hybris, Glassbox with product/project teams
  • Managing and leading web content projects from UX design conception to completion following Honeywell’s standard work processes and strong in agile project management principles.
  • UX designer is responsibility will focus on how the digital interface feels — be it website navigation, ordering products online or a digital product in itself. The UX designer will leverage their understanding of users’ emotional and functional needs to create an enjoyable experience that users want to return to time and time again.
  • Determining feasibility & scalability of AEM solutions, interacting with business and product owners to define technical solutions for customer problems, communicating solutions to varied technical and non-technical audiences
  • Production issue triage and prevention as needed, release management support (from a planning and communication standpoint), and overall backlog maintenance
  • Working knowledge of AEM (6 ) in enterprise content systems, and its implementation in dynamic transactional digital properties, including the usage of it spanning multiple channels, online and offline.
  • Coordination with eCommerce operational business teams responsible for marketing optimization programs, integration into Salesforce, Hybris and CPQ platforms, including empowering these users to self-serve while still ensuring the security and reliability of the outcomes
  • Lead projects that cross organizational and geographic lines. Develop guidelines that will be used by other specialists in the course of the projects, which have an impact on broad corporate goals.
  • Manage the AEM product suite, template designs, building and the ability to set a vision in alignment with organizational ones, and driving these to successful outcomes. This includes upgrade and feature additions, Adobe and Google Analytics, and Rich Relevance
  • Work with external partners, including consultants, agencies, and vendors, to arrive at the most appropriate system or integration of multiple systems, such as Salesforce, Aptus, and Marketo.
