We are looking for a full-time, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our client's customers face to face in a retail setting
• Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other customer service-related inquiries.
• Work with our internal sales team on sales opportunities for new accounts as well as existing accounts that require new order quotes or follow-up calls or emails to our customers.
• Participate in internal training programs on new product offerings as well as existing product offerings such as software or hardware.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 year or Bachelor's a PLUS.
• 1 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing a PLUS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Ability to work in a flexible, team oriented environment that requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and priorities.
