POSITION SUMMARY

We're on the lookout for talented individuals with a knack for customer service to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

Based out of our headquarters in San Jose, CA, this role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience, although prior HVAC or plumbing office experience isn't mandatory.

As a CSR at Air Sharks, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a vital member of our team, you'll:

• Uphold our core values of Service, Teamwork, Integrity, and Quality in every interaction
• Strive to deliver nothing short of a 5-star customer experience, consistently exceeding expectations
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, social media, and other digital platforms
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and concernsIdentify sales opportunities and schedule appointments for our technicians
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system, Service Titan
• Address customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to meet their needs
• Collaborate with management to stay informed about our products, services, and policies
• Process payments for services rendered by our technicians
• Provide constructive feedback to improve our service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate positivity, cooperation, and confidentiality in all interactions
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions as needed
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of two (2 ) years of high-volume HVAC and/or plumbing call center experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Authorization to work in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Ability to sit and use a computer and phone for extended periods
• Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs may be required

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
