About the Role:
As the Office Manager at Applecart, you will be the first point of contact for employees and guests entering our New York office. This role requires a blend of skills in office management, event planning, and attention to detail, ideally with previous experience working in a startup environment. Reporting to the Director of People, this person will be a key member of the company's dynamic People team. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked, efficient, and functional office space, in addition to planning company events and assisting with employee onboarding.

This person will be required to work in person at Applecart's New York City office Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
Our compensation package consists of three components: (i) a base salary, (ii) annual cash bonus, and (iii) generous equity compensation.
The base salary range for this role is between $65,000-$85,000,based on the candidate's experience and skills relative to the requirements listed in the "Who You Are" section above. The salary range provided is exclusive of discretionary annual cash bonus and equity compensation. The salary range provided for this role is specific to candidates located in the New York City area.
