About the Job:

The HR Associate will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, including general HR administration, recruitment, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to gain exposure to various aspects of the HR function.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle routine HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters, escalating when necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents, including pre-employment documents, offer letters, and other relevant materials.
  • Assist in collecting and maintaining HR data for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Post and manage job openings on various recruiting platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide ongoing support to new hires during their initial integration into the organization

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Able to commute to our Windermere office

Physical Requirements:

Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 15pounds | Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically | Able to sit at a desk and use the computer for extended periods of time | Repetitive hand motions, such as typing
