Job description

Our Inside Sales Team is focused on ensuring patients are educated and receive treatment with professional customer care. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for uninsured leads (self pay), converting leads into new patients, and making the AposHealth treatment process as smooth as possible. This position will provide skills to continue your career with AposHealth® as we double our size each year.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads to further the sales process
  • Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Utilize a CRM to receive, call, educate, schedule, and confirm patients for treatment, as well as work with the medical clinics to make sure patients are treated
  • Serve as point of contact for Account Manager, physicians, and other administrative staff
  • Analyze, review, implement, and monitor strategy and workflows in collaboration with Customer Success and Account Management teams
  • Input and record all patient communication in a CRM system
  • Suggested hours are: Four work week days 11am – 7pm EST. Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm EST

Helpful Experience/Abilities

  • Any experience dealing with difficult customers and working hard to provide top-level customer care
  • Experience working with self pay patients
  • Outgoing personality and high sales drive
  • Desire to work daily managing patients and seeing their pain alleviated, including making outbound sales calls
  • Empathetic and approachable personality with a desire to help patients
  • Sales mentality to guide patients toward treatment
  • Strong written and verbal communication ability, organizational skills, quick learning, and the initiative to work independently
