At A Glance
Looking to break into the talent acquisition world? As a Talent Acquisition admin, you’ll be providing administrative support to the Recruiting department. This cross-functional position may be responsible for any admin duties related to Talent Acquisition.
Important Information
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
- Approve requisitions and post new positions to a variety of resources
- Audit and update applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
- Compile department and account team reports
- Remain active on social networks (Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
- Maintain iCIMS clean up reports
- Manage recruiting text and phone hotlines
- Assist with contacting outsourced recruiting partners (ORPs) as needed
- Other tasks as requested by management
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, Work, and Outlook applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to adapt positively to change and willing to take initiative
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be open to learn, a team player with a winning attitude
- Must be able to maintain the upmost confidentiality
- Strong time management skills
- Strong organization skills
- Applicant tracking system experience preferred, not required
- Coordination experience preferred, not required
