Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $50,000 to $60,000 base salary per year plus uncapped commission

apHarmony is a fast growing software company located in Bartlett, IL. We offer B2B software development services to businesses across a wide variety of industries, with customers ranging from small & mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

As a business development representative (BDR), you will work in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Working across both marketing and sales for new business development, the key areas of focus will be building new relationships with customers in our target markets, identifying and qualifying leads, and moving potential projects through the sales process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Email marketing and social media marketing
  • Identifying customer needs and scheduling sales meetings
  • Delivering engaging presentations

Key attributes include:

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, technical, or related field preferred
  • 2 years of technology-related sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successful B2B lead generation
  • Self-motivated and competitive
  • Comfortable in a metric-driven environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • A love of prospecting, hunting, and outbound lead generation
