We assist small to medium sized businesses from an HR standpoint in regards to the enrollment of their members in their workplace benefits. We provide guidance, counseling, and advisement for each individual employee of the business in regards to which benefits packages and options are the best fit for them and their families. We currently work with over 15,000 businesses in the US, but due to our success rate and great reviews, this number is growing daily.
As a result, we are seeking to hire customer care advisors. This is a fully remote, work from home position which allows to you work exclusively with our clientele over Zoom. As a customer care advisor, your job will be to sit down with each member in an in depth meeting, helping them choose the benefits provided through their workplace that best suit their needs and the needs of their family. Top tier interpersonal skills and customer service experience are a must for this position as these involved meetings can be an hour and a half to two hours a piece with some additional follow up and advisement for a few weeks after the employee enrollment.
