In your day-to-day role, you will:
- Provide top-notch customer service: managing scheduling, greeting customers, and overseeing the check-in & check-out process.
- Handle sales: building estimates and discussing findings with customers.
- Answer phones and address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage facilities upkeep, including cleaning the front office, customer area & restroom, and outside cleanup.
- Manage filing, parts & core returns.
- Coordinate production & monitor workflow through the shop to ensure customer promise times are met.
- Schedule customers for work as requested and perform other tasks related to the position as assigned.
