This position can be based at our headquarters in Boise, ID with the option to work in the office full-time, part-time or remotely or can be based remotely out of one of the following states: Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, New York, Florida, or Nebraska.

What We’re Looking For
The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) plays an integral role between the marketing and the sales teams. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to further their career at the intersection of sales and marketing for large ticket services ($250k plus annually). The purpose of this role is to convert prospects from various marketing activities into opportunities for the sales team. The BDC works closely with the VP of Marketing, VP of Sales and the CEO and Business Development Directors (BDDs) to identify marketing promotions, define offers, identify prospect segments, compile lists that meet the relevant criteria, and lead sourcing and prospect outreach. The BDC qualifies potential prospects, gathers a sense of their operating orientation and listens to what they are seeking to do better as a firm to make future sales conversations more productive. The ideal candidate enjoys executing outbound email and phone sales strategies and implementing feedback loops on the success of said various tactics. Additionally, this individual will seek to become proficient in developing a deep knowledge of prospects’ workflows and pain points, and the competitive positioning of Apex Leaders in the marketplace.
