Anye Designs is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Los Angeles, CA

A jewelry wholesale company in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for an office assistant.

The position offered is in house and your presence is required in the office Monday through Friday 9-5:30pm.

  • Assisting office manager in daily operations of a fast-paced jewelry company
  • Answering phones promptly and professionally
  • Performing daily administrative duties such as billing and invoicing, maintaining accurate ledgers etc (training will be provided)
  • Entering data into our internal jewelry software (training will be provided)
  • Maintaining organized filing system
  • Preparing jewelry merchandise to be sent on consignment/receiving merchandise back from consignment (training will be provided)
  • Communicating effectively with customers
  • Following up on pending orders with the production department as needed
  • Ordering office supplies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient spoken and written English
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
  • Experience with Google sheets, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work with both PC and Macintosh softwares
  • Multitasker
  • Adaptability
  • Must be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
