Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Enter sales orders into SAP system
- Inventory
- Follow up on sales orders with Purchasing Department
- Update customers on delivery of equipment on order
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints & technical specification documents.
- Experience in developing and maintaining recordkeeping systems and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- SAP experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
