Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Amwell Recovery in Brentwood, TN. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our outreach, forging partnerships, and increasing access to our adolescent mental health treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth: Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth and expand our presence in the community.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to create referral pathways and partnerships.
4. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of our services and engage with potential clients and their families.
5. Sales and Outreach: Actively engage in outreach activities, including presentations, workshops, and networking events, to promote our programs and services.
6. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure that client needs and expectations are met, providing exceptional customer service.
7. Data Analysis: Analyze data related to business development efforts and use insights to refine strategies for maximum effectiveness.
8. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets related to business development activities, ensuring cost-effective initiatives.
9. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progress and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or mental health sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for making a difference in adolescent mental health.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape in Brentwood TN, is a plus.
