About the Team:
Sound Physicians is forming its own Medicare Accountable Care Organization called Sound Physicians Long Term Care Management, LLC (LTCM) which will be a Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) for Medicare Beneficiaries who reside in long-term care (LTC) facilities.
Sound’s ACO model is focused on leveraging Sound’s national footprint, innovation, proven experience with value based care to partner with SNFists and long term care facilities to achieve coordinated care, cost efficiencies and quality outcomes for long-term care residents.
In the ACO model, once Medicare quality and performance targets are met, participating physicians will share in the Medicare program savings from CMS through the ACO.
About the Role:
The Business Development Manager, Sound Long Term Care Management ACO (LTCM) is primarily responsible for creating market awareness and demand through a variety of outreach methods and pipeline management for LTCM’s ACO participation campaign.
This position will be responsible for managing Primary Care Provider ACO participation opportunities from lead generation through proposal and contract execution. This position will require close collaboration with the Sound’s ACP, Telemedicine, Business Development, Value Based Care, and Regional Operations teams to drive optimal sales performance. The Business Development Manager will have a superior knowledge of the post-acute health care market and conduct Sound’s business development efforts, establishing value and competitive differentiation with post-acute Physicians and SNF executives, administrators and Directors of Nursing.
The Business Development Manager will support the complete sales cycle including market segmentation, data collection and analysis, sales pipeline management as well as developing and delivering presentations and financial proposals.
The Details: This is a remote opportunity and will require attendance at customer/prospect meetings, approximately 40% travel.
