Amkor Technology, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Manager, Sales Operations
Amkor Technology is currently seeking a Manager of Sales Operations in our Tempe, AZ office. This position requires developing and driving adoption of solutions that support global Sales systems and business processes. Requires working with cross functional teams on a global scale.
- Coordinate across multiple organizations to align and drive initiatives forward.
- Responsible for managing programs and driving towards a successful outcome.
- Drive adoption of the Sales Planned Based Selling module through monitor, reporting and training.
- Manage the new customer set up process and ensure compliance.
- Oversee the internal NBO (New Business Opportunity) process to ensure adoption.
- Develop a basic understanding of Sales applications used; i.e.) Salesforce, Agile and SAP
- Establish close relationships with key decision makers at various levels and groups within Amkor.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- While this position is an individual contributor role, the ideal candidate will lead cross functional teams.
- This position requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of Sales Operations and/or relevant semiconductor industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing Sales processes and metrics for success.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
- This is a career-oriented position that requires flexibility with hours to support the business needs; ability to travel.
- Proven experience delivering training and presentations to global teams.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM application is preferred.
- Experience with SAP is desired.
- Experience with Teams, WebEx or other types of remote meeting tools.
