Salary: Up To $100K per year (depending on experience)
Qualifications:
•Must have maintenance/ environmental services experience in long term care
•DOH (Department of Health) experience, NFPA, FEMA, Certificates of fitness, and Emergency Management, etc.
•Must have Certificates of Fitness for bulk oxygen and for fire safety
•Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
Description:
The primary purpose of your position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. Maintain the department for labor and supplies within budget guidelines.
