Executive Administrative Assistant
American Hip Institute is seeking a fulltime Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

In addition to biweekly wages, all our team members enjoy a Quarterly Incentive Bonus which was earn addition PTO or a cash bonus (your choice) based on achievement of certain metrics. This is additive to our already generous current PTO offering.
The Financial and Personnel Assistant, under the general supervision of the CEO, supports areas of accounts payable, reporting, human resources support, and credentialing oversight. This position also provides direct administrative support to the CEO and works on other projects as assigned.
Responsibilities Include:
· Accounts payable management including track, seek approval and load invoices for payment
· Expense reimbursement
· Run reports and pull data for monthly reporting for entry into excel
· Analyze individual service lines revenue and expense data to assess and track profitability
· · Manage bundled payment collections and distributions
· Screen candidates for various positions; send offer letters
· Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations
· Coordinate employee training programs
· Assist with medical leave administration and compliance with relevant regulations
· Manage employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures and programs
· Credentialing oversight – work with external credentialing team to ensure providers are credentialed timely with various facilities and insurance companies.
· Support CEO calendar
· Support CEO on a variety of clerical tasks
· Assists with events planning
Minimum Competencies:
· Previous office/HR/Administrative Assistant experience a plus

· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Ability to pay attention to detail while multitasking
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Able to work with a significant degree of independence and initiative
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
