Job Description: As a bilingual customer service representative, you'll engage with customers, answering their inquiries and discussing tailored product offerings that suit their unique requirements. You'll have the opportunity to coordinate prospecting efforts, handle insurance reviews, and manage crucial administrative tasks that drive our success.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Preferred: Two years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license (Property & Casualty & Life License) as a condition of employment.
