Following a probationary period, we offer a hybrid schedule with two remote days weekly, providing flexibility and work-life balance for our valued team members.

Essential Functions:

• Communicate with customers to gather order requirements and collect production specifications.
• Complete pre-production order specification forms, detailing job parameters.
• Coordinate the handling of customer pre-press materials and specifications for printing or embroidery jobs.
• Prepare all written quotes and proposals.
• Maintain a daily update of production schedules, noting any deviations.
• Handle phone inquiries regarding job status, estimates, orders, changes, and complaints.
• Keep department managers informed about job status and any issues that arise.
• Maintain a focus on detail orientation and uphold a high degree of quality control.
• Ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment.
