As an Inside Sales Support Representative at Hit Promotional Products in Bellmawr, NJ, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our outside sales representatives to effectively manage and expand their accounts. This position involves providing support and guidance to inside sales colleagues to enhance their sales skills. This role offers advancement opportunities, based on various factors including tenure, territory, account significance, and additional responsibilities.

Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with assigned outside sales reps to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans for account expansion.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to devise effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience as an inside sales representative.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
