Customer Service Representatives, CSR’s, primary responsibilities include office operation, telephone answering, customer service, accurate accounting of revenue (including cashier check-out procedures), and ticket audits. They must also possess general office skills such as typing, filing, and cash handling. Each CSR is assigned individual responsibilities, although they are cross-trained to provide adequate coverage in the event of a co-worker’s absence. CSRs that are DOT-certified will cover driver shortages assigned by their supervisor. They receive extensive customer service training, and their primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while accurately collecting and reporting revenue. They provide information to customers, including parking rates, general information, and directions. They are responsible for the cleanliness of their work area. They are also responsible for accurate reporting of revenue and transactions at the end of their shift, as well as correct entry of existing transaction information to ensure the accuracy of the Airport's TIBA & NetPark PARC'S System.
