Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant I Position type : Fulltime / ContractLocation : 500 Grant Street Pittsburgh Pennsylvania 15258 United States (Hybrid Role)Duration : 12 Months (Possibility of Temp to Perm) Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office As an Administrative Assistant I you will : Tax Reporting and Compliance - S3 Provides operational support for the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and / or external clients.

Supports the coordination of tax-related regulatory filings.Gathers required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings.

Provides status updates on progress of data collection.Implements system and operational modifications to comply with more straightforward regulatory changes.

Updates tax forms and information return layouts.Performs first-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies.

No direct reports. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.Experience in financial services or related field is preferred.
