Responsibilities : Draft and review the following documents : Grant / permitting submissionsSite submissionsBid reportsUtility letters Pre-construction documentsShop drawings General correspondence lettersAnswer phones Provide back-up and assistance to other secretariesProject filingRequirements : One (1) years' experience in a professional and preferably technical settingStrong verbal / written communication skillsDetailed-oriented Outstanding proofreading skills Well-versed with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook / Teams)Experience with creating and editing PDF documentsHighly organized Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Technical Solutions Inc.
