JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, providing courteous and professional assistance to callers.
- Assist in preparing basic correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
