Accounting/Office Assistant
Will be multitasking.
Will be responsible for receiving all packing slips and enter them into system accordingly.
Required skills:
Must be familiar with receiving of ordered material in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
Review and voucher for accounts payable invoices from vendors and service providers.
Strong math skills for determining material cost and percent cost change.
Skilled in the use of Excel, Word ,email and file manipulation.
Personable and able to answer and direct phone calls from the customers and vendors.
General office skills- filing, copying and organization of files.
This a full time permanent position.
7:30am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with one hour lunch.
Pay 20.00 to 24.00 per hour depending on experience.
