Primary Purpose of Job
Responsible for providing excellent service and quality work in the kitchen. Cookswill prepare menu items from prepped ingredients and maintain consistent execution of recipes.
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Work as a team and use positive communication skills at every opportunity.
- Bring a positive attitude and open mind!
One (1) year of work experience in a kitchen. Cook must have knowledge of cooking techniques & procedures, kitchen equipment, and kitchen operational systems. C ooks must have the ability to work and communicate well with others, work both independently and in a team, follow directions, as well as maintain a positive attitude!
