• Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas, including table setups and condiment stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service to ensure satisfaction.
• Process guest checks accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum one year of food service or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to operate basic computer equipment and reservations systems.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service is advantageous.
