We are looking for a Training and Development Manager to help us with day-to-day training and operations. We are searching for highly motivated trainer to be involved in all aspects of training and development in our LA Market supporting our sales associates to develop. This job requires a strong mindset of growth and training while visiting many sales associates and stores across LA.

As a Training and Development Manager you will be responsible for:

• Ensure that all stores adhere to company policies and procedures
• Communicate updates clearly and concisely to sore leadership as well as staff
• Identify underperformers and develop a plan to resolve and rectify issues effectively
• Ensure internal and external collateral is up to date and displayed properly
• Provide support to store leadership and staff
• Provide both verbal and hands on training to all team members
• Conduct performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements
• Create and distribute reports and performance improvement suggestions as needed
• Conduct trainings for all locations on a regular basis
• Participate in leadership trainings
• Train and develop locations and staff
• Communciate and work with Market Directors to create goals and strategies to improve sales
