Friendly Busy office looking for an experienced medical receptionist.
Prior experience in a medical office is necessary. You will be responsible for scheduling patients, answering phone calls, pulling charts, and collecting co-pays. Being able to multi-task with great communication is a must-have.
Very friendly and easy-going work environment, competitive salary with benefits. Currently looking for 5 days/Monday through Friday.
Must be a self-starter, reliable and detail-oriented.
Being proactive and following up on tasks without reminders and micromanagement is expected.
If you are a peoples' person with receptionist and billing experience, then this a great position for you. 35-40 hours with Benefits (PTO's 401K Holiday Pay Medical and Dental)
