You will be REQUIRED to:

• Must be currently working as a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator in a Medical Nurse Staffing Agency or Skilled Nursing Facility with minimum 4 years of experience.
• (NO HOME HEALTH)
• (NO CNA's, or NURSES)
• Have a stable work history and be able to demonstrate
• (NO JOB HOPPERS)
• Have experience in scheduling high volume (2000 ) hours/weekly and be able to demonstrate.
• Have experience in building relationships and customer service with Nursing Staff and Client Scheduling Teams
• Be a Team Player
• Be a People Person and know how to build relationship
• Strong Organizational Skill Sets

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists in recruiting, and selection of potential Medical Professionals
• Assist in Managing On Call needs
• Fill ALL open and available shifts with quality Medical Professionals as required by our Clients
• Grow Allegiance’s brand and billable hours with clients and nursing staff

Pay: $42,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
