Job Description:
As a Home Health Staffing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of care to our clients by effectively managing staff schedules and assignments. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling home health aides, and certified nurses, to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule home health staff based on client needs and availability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff schedules, assignments, and availability.
• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and families to ensure all scheduling needs are met.
• Collaborate with management and clinical team members to address staffing issues and concerns.
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels to accommodate changes in client census or acuity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, families, and staff members.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and customer-focused with a commitment to excellence in care delivery.
• Knowledge of home health services and regulations is a plus.
